Creators usually share their codes on their channels (YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
Check their videos, streams, or community posts to find the code they promote.

1. Launch the game
2. Go to [Shop] > [Currency] > [Creator Support]
3. Enter the Family Code
Once registered, a portion of your in-game purchases will be credited to that creator as support.

Does supporting a creator cost me extra?
A.No. Supporting a creator does not cost you anything extra.
When you make a purchase in the game as usual, a portion of the revenue is shared by the company with the creator as Creator Points.
There are no additional charges beyond your normal in-game purchases. -

How long does Family Code support last, and how can I change/cancel it?
A.Your support lasts for 30 days from the date you register a Family Code.
After 30 days, support will automatically expire, and no further support will be applied unless you re-enter a code.
Changing or Canceling Your Family Code
You can change or cancel your Family Code 24 hours after initial registration
To switch creators:
1. Go to the Creator Code entry menu
2. Remove your current code
3. Enter a new Creator Code
Important Notes
- Changes take effect only for purchases made after the update
- Previous purchases are not applied retroactively -

What happens to Creator Points if I request a refund?
A.If you request a refund, any Creator Points generated from that purchase will be immediately reversed.
When an in-game purchase is refunded, the corresponding Creator Points that were credited to the creator will be automatically deducted and reclaimed by the system.

- Abusive behavior—such as repeated or large-scale refunds intended to exploit the system or disrupt creators—may result in account restrictions in accordance with our policies. -

Can I request benefits/rewards from a creator in exchange for support?
A.No. This is strictly prohibited.
The Creator Support system is designed for voluntary support, not transactional exchanges.
What’s Not Allowed:
You may not request or expect anything in return for your support, including:
- Cash refunds or “paybacks”
- Gifts or prizes
- Special favors such as playing together
Creators are also not obligated to provide any benefits in exchange for support.
