The CookieRun Creator Family is an official creator support program designed to bring creators and fans together to build a fun and positive gaming community.

If you love CookieRun and create content around it, you can apply to join the program. As a Creator Family member, you'll gain access to the following benefits:

■ Creator Code & Point Earnings
When fans (supporters) enter your Creator Code and make in-game purchases, a portion of their spending is credited to you as Family Points.

■ Open Campaigns for Everyone
Once you’re approved, you can participate in campaigns right away—no complicated process required.

By joining campaigns, you can earn:
- Family Points
- In-game items
- Exclusive CookieRun merchandise

Anyone who genuinely enjoys CookieRun and runs their own content channel (YouTube, Twitch, CHZZK, etc.) is welcome to apply.
Please note: You must be at least 19 years old to participate, in accordance with applicable laws and settlement requirements.

As a Creator Family member, you'll be able to:
- Earn transparent income through fan support
- Gain promotional exposure via featured placements on the official website

How to apply:
1. Go to [Log In / Apply for Creator Family] on the website
2. Log in using your DevPlay account linked to the game
3. Enter your channel URL (YouTube, etc.)
4. Create your Creator Code

Once you've completed these steps, your application will be submitted.

After your application is approved, you'll be able to participate in active campaigns.

For smooth reward payouts, please review the Terms of Service and Operating Policies.

A Family Code is a unique code assigned to each Creator Family member.
Fans (supporters) use this code to support you.

When a supporter enters your Family Code in the in-game shop and makes a purchase, a portion of that purchase is credited to you as Creator Points.

Important Notes
- Each DevPlay account can be issued only one Creator Code
- Once created, your Creator Code cannot be changed

Creator Points earned through fan support can be used in the Creator Shop (web store), which will be available soon.

In the Creator Shop, you’ll be able to redeem your points for:
- In-game currency
- Exclusive coupons
- CookieRun merchandise

- Creator Points cannot be converted into cash or withdrawn

To maintain a fair and healthy Creator Family ecosystem, the following activities are strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in permanent removal from the program.


Prohibited Activities:

■ Self-Support
Using your own account—or alternate accounts—to enter your Creator Code and make purchases for personal gain.

■ Incentivized Support (Rebates)
Offering or promising cash, gifts, or any external rewards to fans in exchange for using your Family Code.

■ Low-Quality or Non-Original Content
Uploading content with little to no original creator input, such as:
- Raw gameplay recordings without editing
- Clickbait or misleading videos

The Creator Family program aims to foster high-quality content that shares the fun of CookieRun with a wider audience.

To receive campaign rewards, your submitted content must pass our internal review.

We welcome engaging and informative content that reflects your creativity and effort, such as:
- Videos with clear editing, commentary, or original ideas
- Content that adds value for viewers (tips, reactions, storytelling, etc.)

◼︎ Not Approved

The following types of content will not be approved:
- Raw gameplay recordings with no creator input
- Unauthorized reuploads or duplicated content
- Low-effort, mass-produced, or misleading videos

⏱ Review Time
- Reviews typically take 1–3 business days
- If your content is not approved, you can check the reason in My Studio

Creators are assigned a tier based on their performance.
Your Creator Points are calculated by applying a tier-based rate to your net revenue (purchase amount after platform fees).

1. Rookie (Lv.1) – 1.0% (assigned upon joining)
2. Amateur (Lv.2) – 3.0%
3. Veteran (Lv.3) – 4.0%
4. Pro (Lv.4) – up to 5.0%


◼︎ Tier Evaluation & Promotion
Tiers are reviewed every 2 months through a regular evaluation process.

Your tier may increase, stay the same, or decrease based on:
- Total purchases made using your Creator Code over the past 2 months
- Campaign participation
- Overall channel growth

The higher your tier, the more Creator Points you can earn—so consistent content creation and active promotion of your Creator Code are key.

To ensure a fair and transparent ecosystem, the following actions are strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in permanent removal from the program without prior notice and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

Prohibited Activities

◼︎ Self-Support (Abuse)
Using your own account, family members' accounts, or multiple alternate accounts to enter your Creator Code and make purchases for personal gain.

If detected through system monitoring:
- Your Creator status will be permanently revoked, and
- All accumulated points will be fully reclaimed

◼︎ Incentivized Support (Rebates)
Offering or promising any form of compensation in exchange for using your Creator Code, including:
- Cash payments
- Gifts or external rewards

Such actions are considered a serious violation that undermines the platform's fairness and will result in immediate penalties, including removal from the program.

Creators usually share their codes on their channels (YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
Check their videos, streams, or community posts to find the code they promote.

1. Launch the game
2. Go to [Shop] > [Currency] > [Creator Support]
3. Enter the Family Code

Once registered, a portion of your in-game purchases will be credited to that creator as support.

Important Notes
- You can support only one creator at a time

No. Supporting a creator does not cost you anything extra.

When you make a purchase in the game as usual, a portion of the revenue is shared by the company with the creator as Creator Points.

There are no additional charges beyond your normal in-game purchases.
